CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
WHAT TO BRING: Your dancing shoes... and a deck chair (if on the lawn), comfy shoes, jacket, hat and sunscreen. Seating provided for premium ticket holders.
PERMITTED: Sealed bottled water. Nibblie food and point & shoot cameras only.
NOT PERMITTED: STRICTLY NO BYO ALCOHOL OR DRINKS. This is a licenced event. NO ESKIES OR RUGS due to limited space on lawn. No umbrellas (even if its raining), tables, glass, metal cutlery, tents or sun shelters.
FOOD: There will be a selection of food for sale on the day. Patrons are permitted to bring their own nibblie food or NEW THIS YEAR - pre-order your own Ghost Rock Picnic Hamper HERE. Collect on the day.
PARKING: Car park opens at 10am. Carparks will be on both sides of the main road, follow signage.

CHILDREN: Children under 12 years of age are admitted free of charge in the general admission area and MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at ALL TIMES.
CANCELLATION: Rain, hail or shine the show will go on!! UNLESS conditions are deemed to be dangerous. If the event is cancelled for this reason, patrons will receive a full refund from point of purchase. The decision to cancel the event will be made on concert day.
